Scot, just posted a site link, I am sure it does not belong on Kitty's Library page as it is a FEE or it has Membership Dues ...it cost $.

Nonetheless it seems like an important link / site.

While I'm not a big fan of pay sites, they do have their place in genealogical research, as they hold the key to certain records that no one else can access. Based on this, I'm not opposed to putting a section in Kitty's Library that denotes clearly that the ones in that section are Paid Sites and that you either need to be a paying customer or expect to pay to get your access.
