I tried to add my father and mother and have no place to do so.Also why am I still a limited guest?

I see that I am still a limited guest.I do not understand how to be able to add,as I tried to add my parents and was not given a place to do so.Please help me understand what I need to do.

You need to add the Tags for surnames and/or places you are researching. Then click the bar that says "add tags and volunteer." A greeter will confirm you as a Family Member and you will then be able to add your parents, etc. If you need any additional help, let me know.
