import file from ancestry

I have an old file from ancestry that has several entries.  How do I import it without having to manually input everything?????

The recommendation is to create profiles by hand as we prefer well sourced profiles before quantity.

When you have done that try upload a smaller GEDCOM file and work with it. If you have a large family, we strongly encourage you to import just a piece at a time. See splitting a GEDCOM.
