Free Space profile not recognized - what did I do wrong?

Question

I created this free space profile:

When I try to add it to a photograph that I had previously uploaded, the system tell me it can't find the profile.

Dutton-1399-13 (photo id)

so I changed the name and tried again, same message.

Space:New_Bloomington%2C_Marion_County%2C_Ohio%2C_United_States

It's a bug in WikiTree with encoded characters... 

Sometimes it works changing %2C to , ---> my understanding its better not use , in Space names.....
