Where can I volunteer to digitize historical records?

When I initially signed up, I remember seeing a small ad to ask for help digitizing historical records.  I think that's actually how I found this page?  I think the ad went something like "If you can read this, then we need you" with a small image of a handwritten name from a scanned document.  I constantly have to read all kinds of doctors handwriting for my work so I think I'd be really good at this!  Could someone point me in the right direction or let me know if maybe it was a different website? Thanks!
