Hi,

Is it normal for someone to have 2 last names on a birth certificate?

My 2x GGrandma was born as Gladys Buckley Bruni and Gorman.

Gorman is her mothers last name, Bruni I assume is her fathers and Buckley is probably her step fathers last name.

It's common for a birth registration to be indexed under two names, if the mother's name doesn't match.
