I wanted to share with the community this photo of my mother, her younger sister, and two friends. It was taken on a Sunday afternoon at home in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania sometime between 1917 and 1920. The girls had been to Sunday School at The Salvation Army and were having their own open air service. Mom is the older girl in white. Aunt Thelma is to her immediate left, with the long flowing hair. I would love to know the names of their friends.

Very cute. I think the bow is too big, though. :)
