What's the best way to have numerous profiles added to PPP status in UK project?

Please make sure they fit the requirements, especially number four:

"Four: They must be controversial or duplicated 

Project protection should be used only when profiles need protection — because they are commonly-shared, frequently-duplicated, subject to confusion, etc.

There must be some sort of controversy or duplication problem."

Hi Kathryn, I'm one of the co-leaders of the UK Project.  Can I ask you to send me a private message with a list of the profiles you consider need to be PPP'd.   Please also advise why you consider they fall within requirement 4 i.e controversy or duplication problem.   Thanks.
