Berlin, December 12, 1883.

Before the undersigned civil registrar appeared today, recognized through the presented Dienstbuch ("service log book"), Anna Bohn, unmarried seamstress, residing in Berlin, Kleine Alexanderstraße 17, --- religion, and registered that the unmarried Bertha Hulda Emilie Bohn, seamstress, of protestant religion, residing in Berlin, Kleine Alexanderstraße 17, gave birth to a female child in Berlin, Kleine Alexanderstraße 17, on December 5, 1883 at 12:30 in the afternoon, who was given the name Klara Gertraud Meta. The registering person declared that she was present at the delivery of the unmarried Bohn.

The 13. Zivilkammer (civil law division) of the royal district court I in Berlin has directed on January 31, 1884, to rectify the registration so that the child registered as born was not born December 5, 1883 but on November 29, 1883.
