seeking parentage of Sarah Brown Lathrop, wife of Deacon William Lathrop

Hoping to identify Sarah's Brown's lineage.  She was born around 1776 and married Deacon William Lathrop around 1795, probably, Unadilla, NY.  Later, moved to Rush, Susquehanna Co. PA and died there in 1839.  Some have incorrectly identified her as the daughter of Andrew and Sarah Cobb Brown, but that Sarah married Paul Todd.

no, I don't.  Deacon William Lathrop b. 1776 in New London, Conn.  He was the son of Ezra Lathrop and Susanna Gates.  Ezra was killed in the revolution.  Susanna marries Ebenezer Whipple.  Info I have from the Susquehanna Historical Society has the Lathrop's emigrating from Unadilla, NY.  At least 2 of their first children, were born in New York in 1798 and 1796.  Others, in Rush, Susquehanna co. PA.  Family info states William's wife as Sarah Brown, daughter of Andrew and Sarah Brown.  Either that is incorrect or there is more than one Andrew and Sarah Brown.  Sarah Cobb Brown married Paul Todd and that is fully documented.  Sarah died in 1839 and William married Sarah Fairbrother.
According to Daughters of the American Revolution, they were married February 8, 1796 at Unadilla, Otsego County, New York. Perhaps the marriage records on file there (if they exist) have more information on her parentage...
Sadly, the DAR has no documents for this generation.  I hope to find some marriage docs in or near Unadilla.
