Why are 23 people on her trusted list open profile no manager?

Question

I and 22 other people are on her trusted list so why doesn't someone write a nice bio with sources, maybe add a spouse and children?

Did we all want to be trusted?

I have requests languishing in limbo because I can't connect my profile to their parents private profile but someone can add 500 to my trusted list without my permission or knowledge. GRRRR

Unfortunately, trusted list additions and removals don't seem to be logged. It sure would be nice if they were logged!

If you want to satisfy your curiosity as to who added you and why, you could post a message on the profile asking about it -- or send email to the other trusted list members to ask who added you and why. (Since you are all on the same trusted list, you have each others' email addresses.)

I just did as you suggested although I doubt any of them will know either. It's worth a try.

This person on this profile was born and died in 1748.  You can revove yourself from the trusted list.

I know that I can remove this person and the other 499 profiles that were dumped on me. Who added them to my trusted list without my asking for it? Did all these other 22 people ask to be on "Daughter's" trusted list? I doubt it. This is ridiculous that someone can dump 500 profiles on my trusted list.

It is possible  you asked to be on a trusted list. The profile manager added you to all the ancestors and descendants.

Maureen, I think you nailed it.

I requested 3 profiles which someone fulfilled in mid June. These 3 profiles born 1840s to 1870s. One has same surname and is a grand niece of the infant daughter.born 1748, another has different surname and is 2GG Niece of infant.

I've removed over 100 profiles with the infant's surname.already.

I would say Mystery solved. Thank you very much.
