What is the oldest line in America?

I'm wondering who in WikiTree has the oldest ancestral line (most number of generations from America (North, Central, or South))?

I met a fellow at a social who claimed a well documented paper trail that included a Spanish branch back to the founding of St. Augustine, Florida.  I invited him to join WikiTree but like so many others, I fear his information will be tossed aside once he dies.

Should there be other Spanish Colonial lines which predate the Mayflower?

Of course, the NATIVE AMERICANS were already here, so they would have older lines than any European line!!
I'm asking about ancestral lines supported by genealogical records.
Jamestown predates the Mayflower.
Santa Fe, New Mexico is pretty old too.
I'm interested in unbroken ancestral lines in WikiTree from South, Central, or North America which are the oldest.  Thanks.

Founding of St. Augustine - http://oldcityhouse.com/st-augustine-history/

Pedro Menéndez de Avilés sighted land on August 28, 1565. As this was the feast day of Augustine of Hippo, the territory was named San Agustín. The Spanish sailed through St. Augustine inlet into Matanzas Bay and disembarked near the Timucua town of Seloy on September 7. Menéndez’s goal was to dig a quick fortification to protect his people and supplies as they were unloaded from the ships, and then to take a more proper survey of the area to determine the best location for the fort.

"...The 1565 founding of San Agustín (St. Augustine) makes this city the first permanent European settlement in what would later become the continental United States. In 1566, Martín de Argüelles was born in San Agustín, the first European child who was recorded as born in the continental United States..."

Maybe someone on the arrival of the first Spanish ship could be an ancestor of people living in the USA of today.
