I can't change the privacy level, has to be open

Originally this profile was open.  I went back to add birth place and it has changed to private although it states it has to be open.  I can't find any button on the privacy levels to open it.  She was 200 yrs old in 2001.

I fixed it. The death place had the "intentionally blank because still living" option marked, which is why it couldn't be set to open.
