Joseph Annear and his wife Jenefred (Jane) Blake were both from Cornwall. Maybe according to the parish records, Joseph is his middle name and had taken this name. They married and moved to Yorkshire, England sometime in the 1840's and in 1848 they immigrated to the US. His occupation was a miner and as the family story is told, he had started working in the mines as a child. Jenefred was born in 1816 or 1817 and Joseph was approx. 10 older. The evidence I have found has been based on US census, gravestones, and family stories. Please help me find out information. Thank you.
