Is Elijah W. Randolph the E.W. who married Elizabeth F. Lucas?

We are missing a relative-E.W. Randolph who married Elizabeth Franklin Lucas in Nagadoches TX. and had Margaret Savannah Randolph 2 Feb. 1854 and then left the family and never reappeared.  There is an Elijah W. Randolph in Texas who had several wives and moved about.  Born 1813 GA. Died 1900 Galveston.  Wondering if this is "Old E.W." as the family lore referred to our missing link.

The man named Elijah W. Randolph may be the same man who also married Mary Baker Bishop Randolph who died May 28, 1918 in Seguine, Guadalupe County, TX.  At the time of her death she was living at the "Poor Farm"  in Seguine.   Apparently, Mr. E. W. Randolph left a number of forlorn ladies in his wake.
