You will need to change your privacy level from "Private" to "Private with public family tree" if you wish to make the following directions worthwhile.
Go to myFTDNA page at Family Tree DNA. Under mtDNA, click on the Matches tab. Then at the bottom of that page click on the button labeled "Upload to MitoSearch.org". Enter your contact and ancestry information at MitoSearch. You could enter your coding region differences in the note field at MitoSearch. Then click save. Then enter your Mitosearch ID on your DNA Tests page at in WikiTree.
