How to Recycle Profiles Not using UNKNOWN as LNAB?

I am cleaning up my unconnected profiles.  I have two that need to be dealt with.  These two were bad imports that have no good source and were pruned from bad additions to existing families.

How do we reuse or eliminate them as I can find no proof that they existed, only the same bad connections.

If these are recycled, they should be used to create profiles for real people with LNAB of Taylor.

Ellen, was there a place to park these for use as another Taylor?
Make the first name Unknown and then add (to the bio field):

[[Category: Recycle Unknowns]]
Thanks Vincent, for some reason I was thinking that the Unknowns were for LNAB Unknown.  The lightbulb just clicked. Too much Mercury exposure with these new bulbs I guess.
