Jeanne, I see you initiated this merge today.  You may want to read the short paragraph about Pending Merges to understand the process.  Both profiles have Profile Managers, so an Arborist will not merge these profiles for you without allowing them some time to consider the merge.

Hmmm, I am manager of Roberts-9785. I received the merge request from Sandra Hileman. When I clicked "Merge" I was greeted with this message:

An approved merge proposal was found, so the merge can continue.

Merging Roberts-11566 into Roberts-9785

I think it's the same people, only the birth year is different.
