Donnie, can we gve you some guidance to do this yourself? I typically go to FamilySearch.org and search records with the person's name and state or country of birth. I use a range of ten or twenty years for the birthdate, such as 1875 to 1885 for Andrew. When I find a matching record, I copy the citation information that includes the URL. If I'm not inserting the citation in the biography text between <ref> </ref> tags, I'll just paste it into the Sources section, remembering to not delete the <references />  tag that generates the source list.

Donnie, I can look at your Lowe family, but mine was originally LAU from Pennsylvania and settled in Scott County, Tennessee. Maybe we'll find a connection somewhere, but it seems that your family was in North Carolina when mine was still in Pennsylvania.

Ok Thank's yes I looked a little and it looks like my Lowe/Low family came from Jesse John Lowe b.17801845 and Nancy Creasman b.1787 1860 son Abraham Lowe  b.oct. 4, 1799 Burke County, N.C, I  just wished I knew more about this set and better information then I have,  Sibling's and such. maybe you can find something, THANKS

If Andrew Fletcher Spearman had a WW I DRAFT CARD REGISTER does that mean he was in the War, are just had a Card , question is did my Grandfather fight ?

It doesn't appear that he was drafted. His age may have been a factor. Also, he does not show on any veterans burial records. You may want to check his obit found here:

Donnie, pretty much all men had a draft registration.
From Wikipedia:

During World War I there were three registrations.^[9]

• The first, on June 5, 1917, was for all men between the ages of 21 and 31.
• The second, on June 5, 1918, registered those who attained age 21 after June 5, 1917. A supplemental registration, included in the second registration, was held on August 24, 1918, for those becoming 21 years old after June 5, 1918.
• The third registration was held on September 12, 1918, for men age 18 through 45.

Thanks for this information I see a lot of my family had them I guess this would just prove they was here to fight if they was needed seems like my mother told me you had to keep them in your pocket or you could go to jail.and some times people would burn them, Thanks

I got that draft paper out of family records but that just was something they had in the old days,  he probably still had his in his wallet, got a picture of it so I accused it was proof but everbody got one, lol I thank I had some kind of paper that I got when I turned 18 years old,  I guess cause Vietnam was still going on when I was born , I don't know should I take that information off his page I got the record on Ancestry, Thanks
