I wanted to share this family photo of Wayne Lowry with the community. Location: unknown. Date: 1944.

Uncle Wayne served in the Navy in WWII. He landed in Florida and headed home to Texas on a motorcycle with an engagement ring in his pocket. He hit a cow near Quincy, Florida and never made it to Texas alive. He is buried with family in Oakland Cemetery, Weatherford, Parker County, Texas.
