No. Many have been trying to track him for more than 20 yrs. He seems to have come from thin air. We do know he's not from any of the more popular Davis clans. He is also NOT the husband of Martha Patsy Thacker, a particularly annoying mistake many make. We know of two children (Son Sanford and Daughter Nancy Agnes) at this point. No wife is known either.
