Have you read about the new phased results for FTDNA's Family Finder test?

Dear Peter,

   I would LOVE to be able to use FTDNA's tools to find matches.  However, my DNA test processed through them has not posted.  It has been OVER SIX MONTHS WAIT!  

  Although I finally got a response a week ago from a live person, I still do not have a resolution to this TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE problem.

Anyone have any pull over at FTDNA??  -NGP

Now I read FTDNA is not doing real phasing )-:

GEDmatch is still one of the easiest and best ways to work with phased results.
