How to search Germany for Konder family in early 1600 files.

There is no single site for German records. Vital records prior to the late 19th century consist mostly of church books and only few have been digitized and those that have are kept in a variety of different archives, depending on the church and of the state they are from. If you have no indication where in Germany to look and sites such as FamilySearch don't show anything you may be out of luck.
