Newbies beware

Newbies will not know that marriages are on a separate server. Therefore they might fall into the mistake of correcting a marriage and thinking the job is complete while it may well not be.

Is there a solution to this?

Why a separate server? They are on another page linked to both husband and wife.
More info please I don't understand.
As near as I can tell, he's referring to the fact that the db_errors report is based on a weekly database dump downloaded to Ales server.  So, if a user edits the data in WikiTree it isn't updated in the report until the next weekly data dump.  That's part of the reason the volunteers might use Temp Hide after correcting an error.  But someone doing it just from their one of their own profiles without using or being familiar with the error report wouldn't know about that.  If Sir William meant something different he will have to explain.
Would this be related to why when connecting a spouse, via adding the ID to that box, and adding the data (date & place) to those fields, only the place makes it to the profile and the date has to entered again?

What? Really?

Do you have an example of a correction that isn't complete? (then of course, someone, trying to be helpful, will complete the correction, so it will no longer be a good example)

If by "newbies," you mean people new to wikitree, I would strongly steer them away from db_errors project. They should be encouraged to focus on developing profiles of their own family members and getting used to how things work on wikitree, technically and style/community-wise.

If by "newbies," you mean more experienced wikitreers new to the db_errora project, project, then yes, please further explain the problem you're encountering so we can better understand the warning.

I do not seem able to amend a spousal name with one hit of return. From which I conclude that they (LNAB and CLN) are held on different servers.
Ah so you're not talking about the db_errors project at all. I would look for other problems before assuming separate servers.  Have you tried clicking on save changes instead of hitting return ?

What if any error message do you get after doing this?

If you check on Wikpedia profiles also in Wikitree I have found many parents who are connected to a child but not to each other in Wikitree but in Wikipedia they are connected....

That might. Be because a box has been wrongly ticked under edit spouse.
