Trying to help with merges

I just got an email with an accepted merge request from me.  I'd never read it before and it mentions approving others that are waiting - ANYBODY.

I checked it out, did one and it worked find (it wasn't mine, it was very old) Then I looked for those under "mine" and found one from Feb I had requested. that had not been done - by two other managers.  So I tried to approve the merge but it says its still waiting for the other managers.  compared them again and they are still matching.  What am I missing - haven't done this before.  Here is the final result:

Not all Pending Merges should be completed, even when they've been approved. Some approvals are automatic. Every pair should be carefully compared and considered. Be sure to check the top of the biographies and comments sections for special notes from other members.

  1. Privacy Level 30 John William Plyler (Plyler-236) and Privacy Level 50 John William Plyler (Plyler-49)   Compare compare

Someone from Plyler-49's Trusted List needs to approve. Help
If they're duplicates approve this merge.
If Plyler-236 and Plyler-49 are different people, reject the merge.

The problem with this merge is the privacy setting for Pyler-236 is closed so even though we can propose a merge only the PM can complete it.  When viewing the pending list, the ones that are ready and able to be merged will be yellow highlighted - thank you helping :)
Thanks for an easy answer.  Since it's an ancillary family I'm not too concerned but what will happen if they never reply?  Thanks again!
I remain hopeful, that the PM will take action until the 1st page of my proposed merges has too many, then I reject them to clear the page.
Hah!  Okay, that sounds fair.  My military father would not approve however. LOL!  Flexibility is good.  Have a great rest of the weekend!
