Looking for Harris ancestors from Tattnall County, Georgia

Question

My paternal grandmother's (Carrie Harris Moseley) line stops with her father, Dock Holland Harris.  I've Googled as much as I can, I've found information about his murder, but no family links going back. This is the one branch from my family tree that has very few leaves yet. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful. There may even be some cookies in it for you. ;-)

Thanks to a generous friend who found census documentation of Dock's existence before he married, and to existing Wikitreer James Kirkland, I now have busted a hole in this brick wall. I hope with this new information I find even more cousins on this branch!
