Merge and Compare problem with certain accented capital letters

When initiating a "Compare" or "Merge" from the "Pending Merges" menu involving names with accented capital letters (e.g. Č) the program renders that to a "?" and generates an "invalid WikiTree ID" message (Čapek-xy becomes ?apek-xy). A possible problem for people unfamiliar with higher value Unicode characters?

Hi Helmut,

I don't suppose you have the WikiTree IDs or ID for that pending merge? I see some by that name you manage, e.g. http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/%C4%8Capek-54 but I can't find the pending merge. A test URL such as http://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Special:MergePerson&user1_name=%C4%8Capek-54&user2_name=%C4%8Capek-53&action=compare is working for me.

I don't know if it is computer-dependent. It seems to work fine now that I am trying to duplicate it from my computer at home. I got the error result when using a different computer during my lunch break. I'll try again from that machine tomorrow.
