A merge was done "low to high" -
Clarke-6345 was merged into Clark-29328

Can Sysops reverse the merge for the profile manager?

Clark and Clarke are two different last names, so the number doesn't matter.
Yes they're different names, but they have had a tendency to switch back and forth, mostly from Clarke to Clark but sometimes the other way.  For instance, my 8ggrandfather Richard Clarke  had a bunch of children mostly Clarkes but my 7ggrandfather was Samuel Clark (or at least that's what I show and certainly by my 5ggrandfather it was another Samuel Clark.  (I suppose I ought to go see if I've entered my Clark line here back that far and if so what the tree here has.  for the spellings
I found that I have Isaac son of Samuel entered and so I connected him to an existing Samuel Clarke who had the right dates and father. But that Samuel needs work, especially as to sources.
Yes, but the numbers don't matter in this case, which is what the original question was about. All that matter is whether Clark or Clarke was the name at birth.

Merges cannot be reversed. Profiles are merged into the lowest number of the correct last name at birth.
