I'm trying to create a new profile and the dates are rejected in every format. [closed]

Question

I can't create new profiles due to this glitch. I asked before on July 5th and followed all the advice, nothing has worked, I need technical assistance.

....those are the accepted ones.  Which date specifically are you trying to add?

I have tried all of these for birth: 

• Month DD, YYYY (April 9, 1913)
• Mon DD YYYY (Apr 09 1913)
• Mon. DD, YYYY (April. 9, 1913)
• DD Month YYYY (9 April 1913)
• DD Mon YYYY (9 Apr 1913)
• YYYY-MM-DD (1913-04-09) and (1913-4-9)
• MM-DD-YYYY (09--04-1913) and (04-09-1913) and (4-9-1913)
• And the same for death dates. ALL are rejected, sometimes with instructions to enter the dates *exactly* as I have entered them. I am not doing a copy and paste, nor am I adding spaces at the beginning or end. I have logged out and back in, I waited a day and tried again, I have waited a week and tried again. I have tried everything that was suggested when I asked this question the 1st time. I am stumped and frustrated.
