Holden/Campbell parentage in Ohio

Question

I'm searching for a Gerald Edward Holden born in 1913 in Ohio. I found a death record that lists his mother's maiden name as Campbell but no other information such as a first name. I found the 1940 Census with him on it from Ohio, so I'm assuming that he didn't move to California till after that. Looking for information on parents and siblings. Would possibly be around the Cincinnati area.
