Looking for parents/siblings of: Jose Galvan Cavazos (Married to Antonia Garcia early 1900s)

Question

(I am researching my husband's family.)  This is as far back as I can get right now. Jose Galvan Cavazos and Antonia Garcia Cavazos had 11 kids: Jose Garcia, Jose Abel, Raul, Antonio, Aurora, Concepcion, Loida, Lydia, Artemisa, Herminia, and Jesus.

I am looking for information on Jose Galvan's parents/siblings. (I can only assume that his mother's maiden name was Galvan per tradition, but maybe not.)

We come from their son Jose Garcia Cavazos (born 1913, died 2007. Was married to Juanita Silvas born 1916 who is still alive); they had 4 children, these children were born in Corpus Christi, TX but I'm not sure when the family first moved to TX. I believe there was a connection to Mexico but ancestors come from Spain. Any information would be helpful.

This is the only birth I found with parents Jose and Juanita in TX.  Year is 1949 so no public census data.
