Athenry in Galway- we are descendants of the Nolan family in Australia can anyone help with our Tree please.

Question

We have traced our family tree with Birth Certificates to Thomas Nolan who is listed on the Irish Census 1821 in Athenry. Tomas was a convict shipped to Australia in 1834 for stealing a pair of boots. John Nolan and Wife Bridget lived at 6 McDonald Lane, Athenry, Galway, aged 30, which makes him born in 1791. I would like help with the church records if possible, I think his death was 1867.

Thomas Nolan and Bridgit Byrne,Had a son Thomas Christened.

Sadly no dates given.I am trying to find marriage record.

1821 Census Athenry Parish.

There is another John Nolan listed,born 1791,living with Mary Kinneen a

Widow,living in Castle & Spiddle Gate.This is the problem everywhere

at this time,too many people with same name.
