Who is Eustache?

The DoB would make her King Stephen's sister not his daughter, but it would also make her way too old to have the kids.

The internet is confused.

Would anybody with a reliable source like to sort her out?

PS there's an unmerged match with a different father, called Eustace not Stephen.  Doesn't fix the dates.

Good question.  I don't have the answer. ODNB only mentions Mary and Matilda as Stephen I's recorded daughters.

Jim Weber shows Eustache as a daughter of Eustace IV de Boulogne.  Ancestral Roots claims she was an illegitimate daughter of Eustace de Boulogne.  See her profile on Jim's website with more information, as well as a Gen-Medieval post, here:  http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=jweber&id=I03867

I've changed her to daughter of Eustace IV in accordance with Ancestral Roots.  I've also taken care of the unmerged match from 3 years ago and merged the profiles...

Sorry, forgot to list the source! :-( And, I know better than that! :-)
Thanks for the efforf, but neither of those guys lived in the right timeframe. As I mentioned, Ancestral Roots (by Frederick Lewis Weis, publ. 2004) names a father for her and, until further evidence is brought to light for some other candidate, I have attached him to her...
