Old profiles with import problem?

Hi all,

The db errors tool is great! Last week I was encountering a lot of strange errors with a few common factors. One example is shown here. This profile was imported in July 2013 by Bruce Deary and it got the parents in a wrong way around, more than 100 years before and they are imported March 20, 2013 by Joe Lehnerz. My feeling is that something went wrong in 2013. All those profiles have not been changed since (except a few I tried to fix).

Are there any (tech) options to correct this?

That is just one case of swapped parents. I encountered many more, and after merging and corrections, you can not really deduct any rule. Even if there was an import error, many profiles has changed since import. 

They could add button somewhere to swap persons parents, that would make it much easyer to correct. I don't think Wiki based data can be easily changed on server side except with a bot. But they weren't really welcome on wikitree in the past.

Thank you for your reply. I know how to swap parents, last week I did that 100+ times. I agree that the button would make that action easier, but dod't think it must be shown in the normal edit window.

My point of the question is that the profile shown is only one example of a long list Lehnerz-1/Deary-10 profies that are linked but should not be linked. When you open the list 203 1700-1799, you will notice them in the column Creator.

This example shows that there were no changes in the profile since import, and also the parents were not changed after they were imported. Should the GEDCOM be imported again?

My guess is that they are wrong in GEDCOM file. And 203 is not the only error. There is also 2 century date difference, so my guess is it is wery bad GEDCOM.
