Is my mother Mildred Doris Carlton (birthname) the daughter of Thelma Warren Carlton or Bertha Davis Carlton?

Question

I have found information on other family tree(s) that my mother, Mildred Doris (Carlton) Gray was the daughter of Frederick Lee Carlton and Thelma Warren Carlton.  I knew my Mom's mother to be Bertha V. (Davis) Carlton.  Bertha was married to Frederick Lee Carlton on the 1930 U.S. Census and they had a daughter Ruby VIrginia (Carlton) Estes.  Mildred Doris was listed as Ruby's half-sister.

 

I have also seen my mother's name listed as Mildredge or Mildridge and without the middle name Doris.  Any assistance would be appreciated.  My personal contact is onebeforejesus at y a h o o.
