Was Lion Gardiner (b. 1599) married more than once

Question

I am researching my family tree and have reached an impasse.  I need to know if Lion Gardiner was married more than once.  The information that I can find say that he was married in 1635  to Mary Deurcant Willemson. Their children were David - 1636 adn Mary - 1638. However, I also find that (the same?) Mary Deurcant Willemson was married to Jonas Parshall around 1639 and gave birth to James Parshall in 1640.

Then who is the mother of all the Gardiners that were born after 1638: Elizabeth - 1641, Sarah D. - 1642, Margaret - 1643, and Jeremiah - 1645.

The information on the Mary Gardiner profile is incorrect.  In all sources like Burke's Peerage etc, the wife of Jonas Parshall is not known.  In the profile, it says Mary married Jonas in England.  The family was in New York.  She died in New York.  The Parshalls and the Gardiners were of semi-royal descent.  Their genealogies are well documented.   The error may have occurred because James Parshall married Elizabeth Gardiner,The profile for Mary is the result of three merges from three different contributors.
