I wanted to share this family photo of DuBois Family Footlocker Image Cabinet with the community. My paternal great grandparents Celia Avery and David DuBois Wedding. Location: Bridgewater, Michigan. Date: 9 January 1896. Permission Granted to Share on Social Media.

I am grateful we have this photo to cherish; I do wish we had a photo of my 2nd great grandparents, who were married in 1865.
That would be wonderful. I wish I had one too. I know they are out there, Just don't know where.

What and amazing photo

Thanks Susan. David and Celia were married in the home of Mr. Hotrum, Bridgewater, Mi. according to the records of her older brother, Lewis. They certainly removed their winter outer garments for this January 1896 photo, taken apparently by a professional, who brought and set up equipment. It gets quite frosty in Michigan.
Thank you for your information, I was stunt when the saw the photo.
