I am grateful we have this photo to cherish; I do wish we had a photo of my 2nd great grandparents, who were married in 1865.

Thanks Susan. David and Celia were married in the home of Mr. Hotrum, Bridgewater, Mi. according to the records of her older brother, Lewis. They certainly removed their winter outer garments for this January 1896 photo, taken apparently by a professional, who brought and set up equipment. It gets quite frosty in Michigan.
