When will the NEW PERSON drop down be fixed?

The drop drown menu tab for NEW PERSON works but sends it to a Not Available Page.

Just added a new profile - no problem on my computer

I just used the drop down ADD NEW PERSON and got the following message:

Not Found

The requested URL /cgi-bin/redirect.ha was not found on this server.

Apache/2.2.31 (Amazon) Server at www.wikitree.com Port 80

Can someone find and correct this?

Where are you located?  You name looks like it could be Czech.  If you're in Europe there might be a problem on the internet connection.
A work-around until it works for you, is to recycle one of these Unknowns profiles  http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Recycle_Unknowns
I am in Texas USA. Been happening too long. Other things work, Just not that.

Another work-around I found is the faithful GEDCOM. Then Wikitree makes the profiles for me. I send small amounts making sure most are Not already on Wikitree.

That will give time to fix this lost page.

I was adding new profiles of burials in Cemetery from list I had and this happened suddenly in the middle of that. I can add connected profiles with no problem and have found several work-arounds; but I can't use them on all the ones I need. Wish I could. Takes extra time I don't have.

Have you tried flushing your dns? https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html

I added a new person in the last few hours and there was no problem for me.
No problem here in Chicago area. I tried both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.

Thanks to you both.

Somewhere on WIKITREE I am showing as a Guest member. When I go to the drop down and click on New Person it triggers the help page telling me I cannot add a new person because I am not a full member.

I was confirmed in FEB and have had no problem until the last few weeks.

My computer and connections are ok. It is internal with Wikitree.

Thanks for all the help. It is still doing it this AM so not fixed yet and tech is working on it I hope.
