From the information you have supplied eg French name, sailed from England, occupation weaver, it is possible that your ancestors were Huguenots.  Check out meaning of Huguenots in France, Huguenots in England, Huguenot weavers and Huguenot sites in general.  Wikitree as I recall has a project called Huguenot.

Who were her parents, and need dates and locations.

Her parents were Alfred Leo Vermette and Blanche Aurore Leduc. They were both born in Canada. Alfred in 1894 and Blanche in 1896.  I have both of their parents names, but I need documentation of birth/marriage/death.   I have found alot of people with the same names, born near the same time. I wanted to have concrete proof of their line.  I have found lots of mistakes in some of the posted geneology in both of our families.  Wrong parents listed etc. I am trying to go from birth through death so I know they are the right ones. They were at least part french and they used alot of the same names. Im putting this together hoping my descendants wont have this struggle.

Quebec Canada ,Vital Records (DRouin Collection,1621- 1968

1913 Marriage Granby Quebec name given Blanche Leclere.

Over time last names sometimes vary.

On Alfred L. Vermette immigration record, lists his father as Peter Vermette

and on his death record ,mothers maiden name Maissie.Calif death Index

1940-1997.Also on his Naturalization record,he renounces his England

citizenship,This infers he was born in England.

Peter or Pierre is one of the places I get stuck. I had a hard time finding birth info from him, marriage, and I think I found death but not positive.

That is him. The name of wife and children are correct and they lived in Connecticut.   Thank you.
They were very good looking. I know from speaking with Jeanette and my husband's family that both parents were French. They just had conflicting stories and no documentation. I have seen pictures from when Jeanette was alive, and I would recognize faces. They all look very similar,  even presently, just taller. I just am unsure of Peter or Pierre. And the wife's name changes.
