The craziest thing I have found was the information and lineage of my gggrandfather William T. Turner showing him marrying a Belinda Woodbury and dying in TN on a certain date. Fact is my gggrand father actually married Lucinda Haywood, had a family in AL, before moving to MS and raising them all here. William and his wife both died and are buried here in MS, at a little cemetery that we help keep up. I have pictures of the grave markers with their birth and death dates. William and his family left AL and moved to MS and they all thought he was dead, therefore they never followed up on his line. There are so many John, James, Thomas, William, Henry in the Turner line that you have really got to have your ducks in a row to find the right one. That is where documentation comes in, as well as DNA testing. Thank the Lord, cause I didn't even exist as well as my Dad, grand father, and great grandfather, who all were living at the time I was born.
