Most confusing relationship you have in your tree?

My great Grandfather's brother- in-law was also his son-in-law,  for his second marriage he choose to marry the sister of his daughter's (she was from his first marriage) husband.

My two times great grandfather married his brother's widow....who was also their first cousin!

My great great grandfather and his cousin married two sisters, so I can imagine that trying to work out how they were related (all the combinations) would have been interesting.

I am not sure the basic relationship is confusing, but figuring out all the additional degrees of cousinship can be .

Mine is just personally confusing. My cousin, a few years younger, was adopted by our common grandparents, so now she's my aunt. And she was my father's niece but then became his sister. Boggles my mind!

I have one woman who married her step-father's brother.  So her step father is also her brother in law, and her mother is her sister in law.  Her half sisters are also her nieces.

Three of my four grand parents descend from one man.Maternal Grand parents are 3rd cousins.Parents are fourth cousins.there is so many different confusing relationships I am too confused to answer.
