I think I have an answer for you.
I got my "Powerpoint Ranger Tab" in the Army so this should work ;-)
1. Get a screen capture of a portion of your dynamic tree. I limited my view to 3 generations (spaced across about 70% of the screen) and it gave me good resolution on the final product. You will need to crop off the edges of the photo if you grab the entire screen. Better if you can just print screen a part - my browser lets me shift+PrtSc and then use the mouse like a crop tool and I just box three generations. Be sure to only have connecting lines sticking out of the edge of your screen grab (the lines that connect individual profiles, don't crop across the boxes or text). If you do this, be sure to NOT change the zoom on your wikitree screen so that all of the screen grabs present profile boxes that are the same size.
2. Open power point and paste your screen grab.
3. Go back to wikitree and grab the next three generations over.
4. Go back to power point, paste the next generation and then by moving the photos, line them up like they looked on the wikitree screen.
5. Wash, rinse, repeat.
When you're done, you can print the entire thing as a PDF or save it as a photo.
I saved mine as a PDF and it looks almost like the wikitree tree.
