My grandmother Patricia does not know who her father is. She would really like to know who he was. Her mothers name is Mavis Caudill. She would not tell my grandmother who her father was. We have a name: Robert Davis. He supposedly was 24 yrs old in 1944 when my grandmother was born. He was supposed to be born in Detroit, Michigan. He was a laborer in a steel mill and supposed to be in the U.S. Army. He was reportedly killed during WW2. We do not have any hard evidence to verify any of this information. I am asking for any information that anyone may share to help solve this. My grandmother is in her 70s and is very anxious to know the truth. Thank you all for your help!
