Request information for josephus Sturm (1834-1890) Ludwigshafen

Question

My ancestor is laurentius Sturm who died in Mundenheim in 1813 or so.  His wife was Barbara Engel (1774-1843).  I've been unable to confirm that Christian was the father of Laurentius.  Also, I've documented that Laurentius' grandson was Joseph Sturm (1834-1890). He was married to Clara Eisenacht (1830-1896).

I've tried familysearch, ancestry.com and Gedbas.de..  not much success confirming this info.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you

Not sure if this is relevant.  My Great Grandfather is Joseph Sturm born in Germany 6-30-1852, his Father was Samuel.  Trying to find birthplace and info on both.  Joseph moved to America and lived and died in Baltimore MD on 10-22-1917.
