Rudin Family in Switzerland 1450

I'm tracing my father's male line, Lewis Rudy from MO, back to Heini Rudin born 1450 in Switzerland. Accurate data stops at him.

Does anyone have accurate information on Heini Rudin's paternal or maternal side or further back?

Male paternal line: Heini Rudin 1450; Sebastian Rudin 1480; Blasi Rudin 1508; Jacob Rudi 1552, Hans Rudi 1584; Hans Rudi 1614/15 etc.

Early ancestors from Bubendorf- until Johannes Dietrich (Rudi) emigrated to Philadelphia PA aboard the ship "William and Sarah" 21 Sept 1727 port of Philadelphia, and the surname became Rudy.

Thank you kindly.

Hi Werna,

I’m stuck around there too. Internet data stops at Heini Rudin. He’s my ancestor also. I used the find a grave website to trace down to my generation. Are you sure it is Johannes who emigrated and americanised the last name to Rudy? My records show down that line it was Frederick Rudin who immigrated and changed the name.  Here’s the link https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/47813006/jonas-rudy
