How do I see all pending merges for my managed profiles?

Question

Is there a place I can go to look at all merges proposed by others into profiles I manage?  I have gotten email notifications about the proposed merge, so I know they exist, but I would like to be able to view all the pending merges at one time so I can go through and confirm them.

Is that possible?

To the best of my limited knowledge the only way to see a pending merge is to look at the profile.  In the text about the manager there will appear (if there is a merge pending) the word [merges] in green.

Tom is right. There is no way to see a list of all pending merges.

You can see them on the profiles, as Tom says.

You could also look at your Watchlist Activity Feed for the history of merge proposals.

Thanks for the confirmation, Chris!  Do you know if there is a way to request future reporting?  Is this wiki being continually developed?

Definitely. I'll put this on the to-do list. We're always making improvements to WikiTree.

To be honest, the list is painfully long, so it could take a while.

Anybody else have input on how much of a priority this should be? How useful would you find it?

In view of the number of potential merges, (you only know  about them when you look for them) I would hope there will eventually be an automatic announcement to the respective managers when the (automatic) merge search finds each one. If a manager doesn't respond in a (as yet unspecified) timely fashion they are over-written and the merge takes place when one party agrees.

You can search your watchlist for matches and NOT check the ignore pending/unmerged/rejected...

I have bugged Chris on this a number of times... wish we could ignore rejected and look at pending/unmerged...

You still have to scroll around to find them but its easier than checking each profile 1 by 1.
