Computer issues with WikiTree link

I posted a message the other day and can't find it now.  My WikiTree link still shows the circle with a i symbol inside.  When I click on the symbol it tells me "Cookies set by this page" and gives me a list of sites then I should "Block" or "Remove".  Does anyone know what this is and why I have it.  When I bought a refurbished computer that was cleared, I signed on and to Google and it pulled all my information over to this computer............ HELP Please.  This is the only site that has the symbol.

Anne is right in her answer except for one thing, I have heard that soon Google Chrome will block you from connecting to any site that does not have a secure connection (https), if that is true then if you use Chrome for your browser you will not be able to connect to some sites after they make that change. There are other browsers out there but it is always better to connect with a secure connection.

The problem is not one you can fix, the change has to be made from WikiTree.
You guys are amazing.

Sally, I just took a look at mine. The i in the circle is information. I click on the i and it tells me the site is not secure. That's ok, I'm not entering my credit card or SS #. American Ancestors and Ancestry tell me the same thing. My mail account has a secure connection, as it should be.

Cookies are cookies, I wouldn't worry about them.

And specifically, WikiTree needs to change from using HTTP to using HTTPS (the Secure version of HTTP). Browsers, such as Chrome, are going to require this in the future to help make the web more secure.

But as Anne says: It's nothing to worry about right now. No one enters financial data into the WikiTree website.
