There are no marriage record.  I found page 53, Edgefield County, South Carolina, Wills 1787-1836 by James E. and Vivian Wooley  (p. 200 12 Sept 1804 will).  It is circumstantial evidence -  Alexander Hollingsworth, children James, Isaac and Jane; wife Sarah Hollingsworth;  appoint John Hollingsworth & John Kerksey executors; wit: Drury Hearn, James Hollingsworth & Philip Jenlaw. proved 23 Oct. 1804.    

 

Drury Hearn was the stepfather of John, Edward, Isaac, and Sarah.  John Kirksey is an executor in the will.  These relationships in the will, executor and witness, and knowing that John was a  brother and Drury Hearn her stepfather, seemed to bind this family together.
