I am only new here, Muhannad, but I think I can answer your question. Wikitree relies on individuals to start the ball rolling. I am working on the Indonesia Project, because I speak Indonesian and I recognised that Indonesians, who also keep very good family records, particularly with their noble families, were not represented. So several of us, who speak Indonesian, have been working together to start work on the conventions for Indonesian genealogy. We have also traced a number of well known families (nobles, kings, writers, politicians, entertainers and famous Indonesian/ Europeans) to show what can be done. What you need to do is work with experienced Wikitreers to establish an Arab Category (categories already in operation are found here:
http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Categories) and a portal in Arabic for those who use the Arabic language. Then you and others can upload family trees, using Wikitree conventions and open up the site to others. All the best.
